Ausus EcoBook-The new green trend

Wow.....is it the exclamation you give when you first see this??? Ya this is the new notebook of Ausus called Ausus Ecobook. The main feature of this notebook is as the name suggest it is an eco friendly one.It use mainly bamboo finishing as you can see in the picture.Bamboo can be replenished frequently as it is grown extensively. It helps to reduce the wastage and additional use and pressure on the non-renewable and hazardous hardwares...plastics chosen to manufacture the EcoBook come from recyclable raw materials.Paper is also being used to build the computer enclosure from a form of stiffened card sa shown below.

An LED indicator below the screen changes its light between green and
red to show when you are in a low or high energy consumption setting -
inert peer pressure.Ya this feature is really a green concept which helps to reduce the power consumptions there by reducing the non renewable consumption a little.LEDs themselves are mounted directly behind the product surface to save
waste and there are no paints, sprays or even electroplating used on
its components. Instead the EcoBook exposes the raw materials, keeping
the manufacturing process free of any solvents and hazardous materials.
They claim that Ecobook is 50% recyclable and hence highly eco-friendly.

In the words of the Ausus.....'
Evolving from the use of polycarbonate,
aluminum-magnesium alloy, carbon fiber and leather in earlier notebook
models, each material bringing its own unique combination of physical
and aesthetic properties that enhance the look, feel and durability of
ASUS notebooks, the EcoBook is a concept notebook that is the world’s
first to use bamboo paneling.
